pangita job hiring nga wa nangita tor..nindota imo resume and application letter kana ma impress ang employer. din a mo matter ang tor ana as long as nindot pgka han-ay nya limpyo isud nmo ug folder nya dress a decent look (well groom) ka inig pass nmo. be confident. maintain eye to eye contact while answering questions during interview. be on time. kinahanglan ilhon nmo ang company b4 ka mag apply. have some research 'bout sa company. atleast naa ka little information pra makaingon cla unsa ka interesado sa ila company.. try this..it really works...

Just wanna share my experience..started out in quite the same predicament..hugaw ang TOR, dugay graduate ( 7 yrs in college )..and yet had the guts to apply in one of the top companies in the country..it was a sales & marketing position..gipangutana ko how will I transform my weakness (hugaw TOR) in to a strength? short of saying nga "nganu i-hire tika nga daghan ka hagbong?"...ako gitubag " my failures before has made me a stronger person since I learned from my mistakes. I learned things the hard way." voila! I got hired! my boss later told me that he was not looking for a genius, but somebody who is streetsmart..meaning kanang kamao bugoy2, kanang maro, kana daw "survivor" coz anything can happen sa field, so dapat kamao mu-diskarte..kay lisud kung sobra ka-by the book nga tao, di kamao mulusot kung wa sa libro hehehe..anyway, that was 14 years ago, from then on there was no looking back..im now in the management level..been with 5 top companies as a manager..personally when im hiring somebody, im giving weight to the personality/attitude, being smart, and ma-diskarte..lisod kung sobra ra by the book..hell, its a very competitive world..you have to slug it out..its a jungle out there!

There are companies will hire people due to their extensive work experience, and they will even overlook TOR issues. However, if you're still a newbie in a certain work industry (like bpo), you need to impress the interviewers.

Duna ko mga friends nga nakasulod ug big companies nya ang TOR mas worse pa pero nakasulod man, na regular pa gani.

Once you're in, dili na sila mutan aw sa imong grades...ang ila nang tan awon is ang imong performance (metrics) while working.

T.O.R doesnt matter most what matter most is your answer during job interview..bisag unsa pana ka limpyu imung t.o.r or line of 1 then bulok ka mo answer wala gud ka...wla pa gud ka skills aw yataps gud ka anha ika interview..pero if u know how to answer during job interview then dli man tingali na sila mo tanaw sa imung T.O.R...mao na gi ingun ur experience sa school or university is the best teacher
