the starting basic pay for AT&T Mobility for me last Aug2011 was 14,000..& since i had a 1yr experience from a previous company, naay add-on nga 2k..so technically, my pay was 16,00 per month..but it wasnt.

when u apply sa TP, the HR tells u to "party like a rockstar every payday" but it just isnt the case when u get ur pay..yah,true jd ang 80.46 per hour nga rate

mao ni ilang computation sa pay: 80.46/hr x # of hrs worked in one pay period + hourly rate of ur experience premuim (if ur entitled to one) less govt deductions = net pay

most of the time,sayop ang computation sa ilang PAYROLL dept. bisan ang ilang 13th month which should be given twice (50% on June & 50% on December) masayop pjd ug compute..

i dont knw why masayop pjd ug compute nga sayon ra man unta ang basic math..dli mn unta mogamit ug ALGEBRA (x+y=z) diba?

i got a news from my ex-teammates from TP that it seems they only got 25% of the supposed 50% of their 13th month pay that was distributed last week..how did it come to be? pki explain... hehehe

& naa pay mas worse nga chika..their clients are giving them a few weeks to improve their stats before they pull the plug..the agents are demotivated..sad part is,the management are nowhere in sight..they're using their VLs now..now that the acct & the agents need them most..tsk tsk tsk..
