Hi fellow istoryan! I really want to be part of this company based on your description. I've been to only one cc and that was convergys and I was with a chat support account. I actually handed in my resume but to my dismay, I did not hear anything from savvy. Any tips on how to get in the company? You may PM me! I am willing to be referred! lol Thanks moochies

yeah mao gani naay service level agreement between savvy and it's client. mao nang giimplement ang metrics and standards sa agents kay naay contract ana. they need to reach the SLA else dili na morenew or mapenalize ang savvy if dili nila maabot like any other BPOs. it doesnt mean kay imong client insurance and people badly need the product dili na magclose ang company.

if ubos kaayo og SLA mawala ang confidence sa client so mangita silag laing company na mas higher ang service level. so as ive said, walay assurance na dili magclose inyong company.
