most of my "talks" are nonsense mn sd ingun akng ate ug akng classmate nga nka.tupad sd nko ug sleep. XD
basta ayaw lang jud pangabit ts,, kay mao unya nay maka buking nimo,hehehe.

awhhh... ako ky mg.hilak sd ko usahay! as innnnnnn hilak nga hilak jd nga murag namatyan. den ang uban damgo na ng.hilak ko nga akng ma rememberan ky usually wla sd sense or mabaw ra kaayu. HAHAHAHA! maybe sensitive ra sd kaayu ko.

Sleep talk or in medical term is somniloquy is often caused by stress. So TS, what you neeed to do to prevent or minimize the occurence of sleep taking is to mange stress. Some stress management methods are laughing,sexual intercourse, and watching an aquarium full of fishes. I hope this helps![]()
