wala koy sure kung naa cla bag.o nga account for voice. pero ingon ni kat ponce nga hiring cla sa mga voice accounts nila. if nahan jud ka ug nindut ug j.o. sa future try sa dell. kasagaran man gud gikan sa dell dali makakita ug work sa singapore.

wala man ko hilig ug storya mao na nag non-voice ko.

for sure mas dako jud pay ang voice kaysa non-voice. they know unsa ka stress ang voice labi na kanang mu handle kag irate customers. depende na lang jud na sa imo. i was offered also the voice accounts like dell and xbox coz of my TSR experience pero i opted for the non-voice. gi ingnan pako nga mas dako ang sweldo but still i opted for the non-voice. my main reason is its a pioneering account and the chance of getting promoted is much higher.

can't recall.. but i find the test easy considering na banga ko sa inenglisay.. so sayon ra jud ang exam.
