Taking expensive way proteins, amino tablets, etc will be a complete waste of money if you're doing poor execution in the gym. Proper exercise form usually takes 2-3 months to master, of course with the help of an expert. If you really insist, then take "CREATINE" to boost your energy level and resistance. This substance will help you lift heavier than usual. Then, you do not need whey proteins at all, just eat A LOT if you wanna bulk up (if that's what you're aiming.)

Ako gi try before ts was amino 1000 or 3000, 1 per day before working out. 6 days a week ko mag gym with my cousin na body builder. Good for 1 month ra ako gi buy dn karon enough sleep and saktong kaon lang akoa.![]()
