sayon ra kaayo tanawon sa youtube kay mga experto naman na ang naa diha pero for a beginner lisod jud.

and you should always trust your instinct... transfer a lot of senses in you fingertips every time you try to pick lock... its like closing your eyes and looking directly inside the lock while the wires ur using works on.

sakto si bay tophat in any emergency anything will do...

have tried using nails, scissors.. etc.

wala may mapalit nga lockpicking tool set locally sir. they are normally just fabricated from scrap materials, usually from discarded hacksaw blades, old stainless kitchen knives..old spoon n forks... etc.

OT: murag familiar nako imo username dah... hmmm

    OnT:

talking about tools, kining lockpicking man gud, this is about IMPROVISATION.. kay usually, the need arises in an emergency. sometimes, paper clips, hair pins, etc.. whatever that might serve the purpose.

for practice, just bring old discarded hacksaw blades to a friend with a grinder, and ask him to shape the hacksaw blade into picks and tension wrench. naa to design diri... try to back read lang.

hi guys! interesting thread you have here. I do understand that lockpicking often has an unsavory connotation to it but it is a good skill to learn. I normally use stiff wires or hard plastics to open mostly doors. in fact I can open all of our doors sa balai without a key. but my skill is limited to the door type and construction. it only works on specific door types and there should be a few conditions na ma meet. and sadly in the end I destroy the stiff plastic that i'm using. so imagine my surprise when I found this topic. I'm going to keep practicing and making my own lock pick set so keep the info coming guys!
