Since he know nga celebrities iyang kontra, I think dili nya gusto padak-on ang issue. That doesn't mean nga nahadlok or guilty siya. Pero karon si Tulfo man una ni file ug case.

Since we also know what type of people these brothers are... maka tan-aw jud ko usahay ana ilang T3 nga murag mga walay grado maka insulto ug mga tao ka istorya.... naa pai pina murag mga immortal, there's a big chance nga ni una jud siya...

and besides getting beat up in a public airport is not a small issue anymore. how come he hesitates to file? now he files a case first because there's no CCTV working there right? doesn't that make any sense? Now, pa daghanai lang silag binayran nga witnesses ani.... pa daghanai ug supporta...

but in the end, all we can discuss here are just assumptions that can never be proven 100%.

on my take.. if akong maguwang kulatahon.. d nako mag threat pa in live public television.. I would surely make a move dayon (w/o taking the public and all with me).

Walay words nga "papatayin ka namin" or similar. Bisag ipaagi pa to ug interview mao gihapon to ilang isulti. I believe naay disclaimer ang T3 nga kung unsay ilang isulti sa ilang program kay walay labot ang TV5.

I may disagree. Dili man si Tulfo ang sigeg ingon nga ipakita ang CCTV footage, sila man Raymart ug Claudine. So, it doesn't matter to him if there's a working CCTV or not during the commotion. No relation sa pag file sa case. Assumptions ra jud tuod ni atoa but somehow we can weigh things on who tells the truth.

a threat by definition is when your instigating or mitigating something to happen to that individual concern, you don't need to utter those words nga 'Papatayin ka namin" or similar to the effect you say. A threat can be perceive to the individual concern when you give a warning for some impending things to happen to that other individual.

by the way, if your under the umbrella of any organization or in this case, a TV station. The fact that your airing your show and your using the facilities (camera, microphone, studio and staff), you are rightfully under the TV station's responsibility. I don't perceive that just because you have a show on that TV station and even a disclaimer can give you utmost full utilitarian authority to be express all your views without any premises or unlawfully making such accusations on any individuals.

You are still subjected to the by laws of the Station itself.... Take Willie Revillame's case on being axed by Channel 2. Disclaimer or not, when you sign in to any contract, you are bounded to follow the rules on that contract (whether you like it or not)

Sometimes the Tulfo's think they can get away because they are the mitigator of helping the oppressed. I am not favoring Santiago-Barreto's case as they have their own faults in instigating the fight.

What I am trying to convey is that, let the aggrieved parties file their respective cases in court and just let the court be the one to decide which of the erring parties needs to be punish.

Trials by publicity leads to nowhere in my opinion.
