Can Windows 7 read a drive na macOS journaled drive?

as the title can Win7 read mac os journaled drive? I just need it to read I don't need it to write. I know mac can read ntfs I want to know is it the same vice versa?

Win7 can only read Mac formatted (journaled) HD using third party program.
Mac can read/copy Windows formatted HD but not write.

You can use Macdrive software. Mka read & write ka on mac disks in windows.

or search nalang sa net bro, naa may daghan software na mo mount og mac/linux/unix para ma basa nmo sa windows, pero if mag salig lang ka sa windows kay wala na cyay built-in software para ana.
