    What you need to know, by standards US/EU just look for DOT/ECE sign. Dili na sticker but printed sa helmet mismo. If naa na it's deemed road worthy. Kanang imo makit-an nga naay DOT/ECE STICKER. Wala na nipasar sa actual crash test safety standards.

    @Saga
    Bug-at man jud ng helmet, pero depende rana sa anad ug habit sa tag-iya. I'd rather bring my helmet along with me, rather than leave it sa motor and potentially have it stolen or garasan ang visor

    dapat nga one week lang. tapos hulihin na lahat ng di nakacomply. kasi mandatory naman un. common sense na lang, dapat pag bumili ka ng motor, kasama na ang helmet.

    In a way, kasabot man ko sa imong point, bai.

    We generally accept that helmets help protect lives and avoid any unnecessary casualties. Personally, ganahan ko na mosuot og helmet kung mosakay ko ug motorsiklo. Ang problema lang dinhi, ang mandatory helmet law.

    I haven't read the specifics of the law, so I apologize if I made any mistakes here. Pero from what I understand, this law is supposedly intended to protect ourselves from accidents. Ang pangutana dinhi, nganong pugson man gyud ang tao na magsuot ug helmet? Nganong i-punish man gyud ang tao na wala nag-helmet when the only problem here is that he's putting his own life at risk?

    Is he putting other people's lives at risk kung wala siya nag-helmet? Wala man, di ba? It's like punishing someone and imprisoning someone for attempted suicide.

    "Helmets are made to protect your life. If you don't wear your helmet, you're putting your own life at risk. And since you're putting your life at risk, we should punish you." What kind of a logic is that? Ang gipagawas dinhi, WE are not capable of being responsible for our OWN well-being. Kailangan pa gyud ta na pugson para lang i-protect ang atong kaugalingon.

    Naay nag-mention sa brown rice analogy, so let's try to do it like this. What if pugson ang mga Pilipino na mopalit lang ug brown rice that costs around Php60 to protect ourselves from diabetes? What if i-ban ang tanang klase sa white rice, even ang pinaka-affordable na rice, because scientists have recently determined that it increases the risk of diabetes? What if idakop ka ug i-aresto ka kay nikaon ka ug white rice, thus putting yourself at risk of diabetes? In this scenario, you're being punished for putting your life at risk. In a way, mandatory helmet laws seem to have this logic.

    Maybe lahi sad ang sitwasyon kung ang amahan kay wala nagpasuot ug helmet sa iyang anak, putting the child's life at risk. But wouldn't that fall under child negligence anyway?

    Now if they're really concerned about the well-being of everyone, we should leave this to the local government to handle. I mean, do we really expect low-income individuals in the mountain provinces to have the ability to follow this law? Would the law even be properly implemented there?

    Those are just my thoughts. Again, I'm sorry if I don't know much about the law. But I think we should try to look at the other side of this issue that walker is trying to raise. And hopefully, we can avoid personal attacks here because, again, this is my opinion, and we should focus on the issue at hand.

    solusyon ani.. palit mo og sang yang nga helmet, parehas anang mga drayber habal-habal(dapat bag-o para kato-ohan nga compliant).. nya dagan sa e-mall pahimo og sticker sa ICC/PS.. tapot sa helmet, sulbad na.. wa nay dakop..
