ive heard some good feedbacks from my cousin who works in alorica in manila. but 1 thing i didnt like about alorica cebu is that your tenurity starts when you get regularized. Once you pass training and PST you go to nesting, you are still labeled as trainees for 2 or 3 months until you get regularized. Upon regularization thats when your hire date starts and thus officially part of the company. So if in case the company closes even before the trainess are regularized, they are not obliged to pay separation fees (or any form of compensation) to the trainees since technically they are not yet part of alorica. But the company is doing good and no need to worry about that anymore. And again its still a baby company here in cebu, and growing.....
