as far as i have experienced, yes ga background check sila. they asked me what call centers ive been to and nakita sa computers nila. its better to tell the truth na lang jud. if job man jud ato pangita, might as well tinuoray na lang kay masakpan, talbog jud diritso.

mudawat jud sila bisan awol ka sa imo previous employer as long as u can give a valid reason bro? even wala kai COE? BTW ako ba ibutang sa ako resume ang exp sa ako prev. employer bsan awol ko? hope for ur feedback bro .. =) guys feel free to comment . pls Ty
