Sir i can work with the 300k budget...and i can do a cost estimate and plan sa imo balay..the total price sa imo balay and asa taman mu abot imo 300k. hope maganahan ka sa sa ako design.. everything is free.no charge at all. ikaw lang canvas sa actual prices kai naa mn ko dire gawas karon sir. di ko kabalo unsa na mga presyo sa materiales..hatagan lang tika list..then ikaw na bahala apil labor..normally forman 260 and helper 160.. paimna lang sila every last day of the week.para ok2x na sila kauban.. pm me if interested..ill design one for you.apil render etc...

sir reypel, ask lng ko kng unsa thickness sa imo diamond board nga gigamit pra partition sa imo rooms? den sir ok ra ba cya gamiton, dli ba cya dali mabuak sir?
