i wont.. i do knw the signs of ptb.. i dnt have colds anymore pud.. a frnd of myn suggested sumthn herbal. "kalibu" i dunno if dat was d ryt spellng..

mas weird akoa-- its been 1 year plus, nga clogged akong nose.. grabe ni nga sinusitis. not a single day nga dili clogged. nalimot na gani ko ginhawa nga dili clogged. i've been to doctors.

im trying to take herbs karon.. paet kaayo ang sinusitus... mao when i see people smoking, i feel nga blessed kaayo sila - and they are trying to ruin it.

grabe ako sinusitis before, during my high school days. every other day, siponon jud ko. since i started doign sports and lots of exercise, nagkahinay na ug kawala. now, usahay na lang jud ko siponon.

exercise and sige lang inum tubig. mao ra na ako gibuhat

we have the same prob! ako dugay nko gi-sip-on pero its not that worse man pud. tukar2x ra esp. at night maglisod jud ko ginhawa.. inom rako neozep before sleeping nya makamata ko 3-4 am dili napud ko kaginhawa! paets.. bisan ma-immune nko ani sa neozep
usahay hubakon pa jud ko!
