Minutes of meeting:

election of new officers
membership and fees: ( will be strictly implemented)
a. every may 1 of the year will the renewal period of memberehip fee
b. New members fee: P500,
c. Renewal fee for old members: 100
d. Monthly dues: 20
e. Filling up of forms and Payment will be collected by the treadurer swordfishh in riverfront jones
F. Membership requirements(calling membership committee)

Planning of up coming exhibit
A. Suggestion is to have a uniform sizes of the tank during exhibit
B. Upcoming exhibit will be august ( tentative)
C. Registration fees during exhibit will be followed

Trekking
a. Wait for the updates by the trekking committe head, sir iyon
B. Non members who will join the trekking will have a trekking fee of P50 ( 50 ba toh mr.president?)
C. Next trekking is out of cebu province. Coordinate with sir iyon if you want to join.

TREKKING NA PUD!!!!!!!!!!!

Adto ta sa Caraga Region. Four Provinces will be visited. These are the provinces
of Surigao del Norte, Surigao del Sur, Agusan del Norte and Agusan del Sur plus
maybe Misamis Oriental maybe included in the itinerary:

OPTION 1

May 17, 2012 (Thursday)
7:00 PM - departure for Surigao on board MV Filipinas Maasin (Cokaliong Lines)

May 18, 2012 (Friday)
6:00 AM - arrival at Surigao
7:00 AM - departure for Agusan del Sur (est. 5 hrs travel)
12:00 NN - arrival at Bunawan, Agusan del Sur (visit Lolong, the croc)
3:00 PM - visit the rivers of Bunawan and Trento, Agusan Sur
6:00 PM - return to homebase for overnight stay

May 19, 2012 (Saturday)
5:00 AM - departure for Tinuy-an Falls, Bislig, Surigao Sur
12:00 NN - departure for Enchanted River, Hinatuan, Surigao Sur
3:00 PM - departure for Butuan City
6:00 PM - to the second home base at Magallanes, Agusan del Norte

May 20, 2012 (Sunday)
5:00 AM - board a pumpboat then to a sapyaw (witness fishing of brackish fishes)
9:00 AM - nerites and driftwood hunting

May 21, 2012 (Monday)
8:00 AM - Lake Mainit adventure
12:00 NN - visit rivers from different places for "paitan" or "gabot" barb fishing

May 22, 2012 (Tuesday)
8:00 AM - visit rivers along the way to Surigao City
7:00 PM - departure for Cebu

this will be strictly implemented' (cgeg balik ko da') bitaw' tanan kwarta na makolekta ani ay gamiton para sa tanan kalihokan sa Ace ug para sa ace ra jud' all figures will be transparent just kindly ask our treasurer regarding sa update sa atong fund.
