- Proficient in Computer Aided Design, 3D rendering & graphic programs (AutoCAD, 3d Max, Sketch-Up, Interi-CAD, Photoshop, etc.)
- Proficiency in working drawings/architectural and furniture detailing is highly required.
- Extensive knowledge in building materials and finishes, furnishings and décor, Interior Architecture design detailing.
- With a personal preference towards clean, smart, contemporary and modern designs.
- Highly creative, attentive to details, color, texture and proportions.
- Confident and articulate in design presentations, good communication skills and analytical skills.
- Responsible for providing concepts and creative ideas in line with the client’s needs and expectations.
- Applicant must be able to present his/her samples of work upon request of the company

We seek to form an ongoing working relationship with a talented individual (or team) for ongoing architectural rendering/modelling work.

Work will be carried out on a project-by-project basis and we will have you quote on each.

Important: Please submit examples of your work detailing your involvement in each project (rendering only, modelling, full delivery etc).
