Globe's Internet performance after 6.9 earthquake in Cebu.

Anyone notice the big change of Globe's internet speed after the earthquake?
Here are some of my observation on my 3Mbps plan:


Taking so much time in loading web pages, specially huge sites.
Request time-out or Reload page (cannot load pages)
Not loading images
Sudden Disconnection

I always complain about the low-speed internet of Globe. Almost 2 years na ako subscription but still 40 to 50 kbps gihapun ang Globe. Every week, naa gyud na times mawala ang internet connection..
