Nope this is due to forced half day and forced early log out. If there is avail they will force you go on early out. Although its nice but remember your pay would be half day as well. and with all these forced early out accumulated it would also affect your pay since its hourly rate. So its no surprise to get 5k or 4k on payouts.
Its more like working part time in a full time employment contract.
And its like management doesn't care about your pay they just care about how much the company can save on your pay.

I think even cvg has that kind of business strategy. The "voluntary go home" (aka VGH) is never voluntary at all. Well, sometimes bunot2x para way mahay pero it doesn't change the fact that some employees will be forced jud to go home to save costs. Most of these BPO companies do man cguroh. Just my cute opinion though.

Gamay nakau sweldo lagi. Sometimes mag half day nalang pirme.
Wala mani before I think this is their new modus. The contract says full time not part time.
