Unhappy Appeal to our Business Owners - Please Give Consumers a Choice to Buy NON-CHINA Made!

Ok, so I have been preaching (and trying to practice what I preach) to not buy CHINA made goods.

    However...

    Just tonight, and yet again...

I was looking to buy a product for myself and my son. So I searched for a bike helmet that's hopefully not made in China and to my demise, it's harder than I thought (yet again). We were at Park Mall.

I texted a "reliable" source to ask for guidance just in case other malls should have better alternatives. Sadly, he said it'll still be hard to find one.

A year ago, I tried looking for a new pair of running shoes for my wify that's not made in CHINA. The result? She still has no new running shoes to date.

So there you have it. I'm sure many of you can relate.

How can the consumers "try" to boycott CHINA-made products when we seem to have no choice?

So I would like to make a plea to our business owners in Cebu (or in this country while we're at it). PLEASE oh PLEASE give us a choice to not buy CHINA-made!

PS: I just bought my son a Kokonut helmet made in China and I feel like I'm adding to China's ego. But what can I do? Let my son bike without a safety helmet?

Also, the time of China made goods are cheaper is long gone. Bought my son's head gear for PHP 1,850. I'm sure if I look at ebay, I'll be able to find a cheaper one made from a more reliable manufacturer. Of course, their are also others putting a "Germany" price tag on them China made goods but that's when "buyer beware" comes in right?

Alternative: Rudy Project is made in Italy and it lasts and could be cheaper than made-in-china oakleys!

    12. Household Appliances
    Made-in-China: 3D
