Update: I tried to use another lotion pero ni balik xa. it's like i'll be using the burt's bees lotion forever. lol.
The burt's bees lotion moisturizes your skin for 24 hours that's why it's very effective for my skin condition

Akong amiga ni-uli ug Pinas pag March then nagpa checkup sa derma.. She was told nga common daw ni in cold places wherein people's skin are dry, then samotan pa gyud kay mag hot/warm shower.. Wala man daw ni serious effect sakita other than it isn't nice to look at..

She was advised to apply lotion (preferably Aveeno) on the affected area IMMEDIATELY right after shower.. And puede pod baby oil

yup, no serious effect, but sometimes it's too itchy.. that's why need jud mag apply ug lotion para ma moisturize ang skin. I'll check on aveeno, if w/c is cheaper kay mahal2x pud bya na. thanks for the input. ^_^
