Instead of commuting why not trying walking from and to the office.....as it goes....you are already spending some of your unnecessary calories.....youre saving money too.... and help the environment....part of energy/fuel conservation..
You can never go wrong if you follow the course of nature....
I think i am making good exercise... but i eat a lot... darn

:o walking nalang kai dali ra........ walking can be done nearly anywhere, even on the streets of your city, squeezed into a small fragment of tym. it takes no special equipment other than comfortable shoes... that is why Yuppie women are leaving their high heels at the office and wearing their walikng shoes between home and their place of work. walking is great for the body, including the joints, but it shouldnt be a low gait. you should walk with a rapit strides! you should pass up everyone strolling slowly down a street.......
