ON TOPIC: Bachelor's degree, besides it won't take another 4 years.
Because you may have already done most of the minor subjects.
OFF TOPIC: I would like to suggest one but very particular path.
Watch out for Accenture's Massive Recruitment.
I am not sure if they are still doing it though.
Anyone who is a graduate from any course is qualified.
They will let you take a Programmer Battery Exam. (Basically an IQ Exam)
If you pass you will be interviewed twice, the first one is to determine some qualifications if you have it.
The next and final interview would probably be the job offer.

thanks for this resource but i want a structured learning program as I am self studying right now and to tell you the truth I am yet satisfied with the things I have already learned...
Bull$hit has little advantage to Associate, only in title but not in skills..
