there's like the 'no rice diet' program na di gyud ka mokaon og rice..cereal rah gyud or bread..more on veggies sad ni sha.
there's also 'no solid diet' na soup rah gyud imo pang-sustain.. (lisud kaayo ni sha)
avoid carbonated drinks such as coke or any kind of soda..
