One undeniable fact is that a gun was pulled out and used in a place it should never have been by someone who did not have the right to use it in that matter. Ownership of guns is regulated supposedly so things like this don't happen. Whether or not you are peeved by someone even to the point he touches your girlfriend's p3nis, so long as he poses no imminent threat to your life or a stranger's for that matter, you have no right to use your firearm. Responsible gun ownership 101.

Anyone who owns a gun, has shot at someone, or has been shot at knows how unfair an advantage a firearm is.

I'm also a Cebuano, most people here have guns which most people are not aware of especially who are not locals here. I personally have 2 guns with me, 1 i carry and 1 in the car. He could have choose a different decision to make and not to fight back with those guys since they are drunk. Always think first for any concequences may result. This will be a lesson for all, I dont know Ryan Personally, but im hoping for his Justice to be Served!
bro... ryan has been staying here sa cebu since 2004 and hardly even goes home to bukidnon... kibaw ko ani kay classmate mi sa fine arts sauna...

Oh, was I too prying? Ka-klaro sa opening statement sa iyang note:

I couldn't stand telling the story about what really happened that day, over and over again, everytime someone asks. So i would like to write it down on this note for everyone that is concerned to know our side of the story.
You wanna know what causes incidents like this? Well, here's your chance. I am one of those people he describes as "concerned to know our side of the story" so don't get your panties tied in a bunch.

Oh, I forgot... your username is "trollolol" so I shouldn't be taking you seriously pero sige nalang... You ought to change it to "drama_queen", though.

In a perfect world, everyone follows those regulations. Hard fact is that even douche bags can buy a gun, legally or illegally.

So, have you owned a gun? Had shot at someone? Or had been shot at?

Oh and by the way, I am not arguing any of that. I just want to know the full story. And regardless of what the real story is, the shooter still needs to face the consequences of his actions, regardless of who he is of whom he knows.

I enjoy recreational shooting, but I really hate this macho "gang" gun culture. It's so dumb... there's nothing tough about pulling a gun in a fistfight situation. You want to fight? Okay fine, we go home bruised but alive. Guys who pull guns are cowards IMO.

The problem is you are already insinuating something by saying something was left out. Again you failed to answer my question... for what purpose exactly? Insult to injury? Very Boy Abundalike. A good guy was shot and you say you fall under the category of those who want to know his side of the story. Yeah right, exactly the excuse Boy Abunda would use. You even have the gall to accuse the story teller of making up a story painted with sympathetic themes.

My point is that if "Benz" was trying to tell the truth about the whole thing then some things shouldn't be left out, especially when it was what sparked the whole incident.

You say something was purposely left out based on a few toughie barkada outings. Based on sufficient experience alone you make an accusation that the story couldn't have been true because your experience says otherwise. LOL. For what other purpose besides chismis I do not know.

I've been in these types of incidents in the past.

Unless someone pulled a gun on you and shot at you, you have never in these types of incidents or anything near it.

In a perfect world, everyone follows those regulations. Hard fact is that even douche bags can buy a gun, legally or illegally.

Really? Then why the need to say this:

I can imagine myself getting really pissed if akong kauban ingon anaon (whatever it was) by some dudes I don't know drinking in the other table. Ikaw? Can you just stand there while your friend/GF/mate is under duress?

What has a gun have to do with whether or not you get pissed? Is getting pissed or not sufficient reason for you to use your firearm? Say for purposes of discussion Ryan actually started the incident. Does him getting shot at make it a more justifiable action on the part of the assailant?

I think you have already proven your investigative skills in the forum. It's not the first time you insinuated something. I remember you insinuating a while back ago how someone who got shot in Lapu-Lapu could have been killed by vigilantes. No sh1t sherlock.

In situations like these, the person nearest to his vehicle is most likely the aggressor.
