(1) Month direct replacement sa mga (VC, Mobo, HDD, Optical drives, RAM, PCI cards, PSU or any components inside the CPU. Then after a month if magpa warranty ka kay naguba imong item since under man cya sa 1 yr warranty you will need to wait a month at least for repair/ replacement of your item. Remember pud physical damage will void the warranty.

Other components pareho sa (LCD monitors, printers, mouse, keyboards etc...)na gawas sa CPU depende nana sa store usually (1) yr gihapon ang warranty, some offer (6) months lang. Always ask for the warranty policy if mo buy ka kay impt na.

GI has nothing to do with the video card defect. If you encountered issues since the item you purchased still has warranty better contact them for warranty claim.

GI is not delikado bro, sila gani usa sa maayo ug baligya sa mga PC parts ug labi nasa mga high-end kaysa mo order pata sa Manila. I'm one of their regular customer since before wala koy problema nila kay maayo man sila ug warranty ug maayo pagka handle ilang products maski naa koy napalit nila nga na guba. Ok I will tell you a good story about GI. Nakapalit ko nila ug LG optical drive factory defect hinoon then after a few months ako gi try ug burn di manjud mo burn daghan errors so ako gi uli nila and need to wait a month for warranty claim, but after a month and couple of days the person in-charge informed me nga ila ko i replace ug brand new one kay gi refunan daw nalang sila sa supplier. See how honest they are? So mao lipay ko and everyone is happy with that decision.

Mao okayhan rako sa GI.. Nindot ilang assistance sa mga customers... Atiman dayon... That's why nagchange store ko ug palitanan.. heheh..

Already tried other stores but mas comfortable ko sa ila kay testingan sad nila daan if okay ba jud imo g-purchase na item.. or compatible ba sa imo unit basta imo lang dad-on para ma-testingan.. They already gained my trust... hehhe..

For me ok iyang warranty kay 2 years compared to other brands nga 1 year. Naguba akong 8800gt sauna nga amost 2 years na. I sent it to them then they sent me back a new one.

Ako mismo musulti nga nice jud ang service sa GI. Mao bitaw na known sila... Ang mas maayo ana imu na ipa check didto kay friendly man kaayo mga staff didto wa juy problema... Bag-o lang ko gapalit ug new pc sa GI and I am very very very very satisfied sa quality sa gibaligya nila then muhatag pajud silag advice ug suggestion... then maayo kaayo mu hatag ug discount!!! Ipa check na didto imu VC or ang PC nalang nimu para mahibaw-an.

try to run your computer without the video card. If ma ok then, we know unsay problem.

Try lang ug update ang driver sa imong video card bro... outdated naman kaau ng naa sa bundled CD gud... kanus-a pa kaha na originally na packed... Try lang pud ug install tarong sa imong card.... try pud sa ubang PC.... if same gihapon, forward ur concern sa GI... dha man ko tigpalitan sa GI pero wa man koy problema sa ilang parts...
