just to remind guys for the warranty

pc components such us motherboard, processor, memory, hard drive, video card = 30 days outright and 1 year warranty

yes it takes 30 days dyud na as SOP namu kay manila amung supplier we stated at the back sa amung reciept warranty exchange policy please read it lang kay wala dyud me problema sa service anah.

computer accessories generic keyboard,mouse,speaker = 3 months warranty and 3 months outright

computer monitor and laptop = 7 days outright make sure walay gas-gas


all outright nga akong g-state make sure complete ang accessories and box para walay problema sa pag-outright kay grabe ka stricko sa supplier ma charge man gud na sa branch...


just dropping by how we handle our customer service sa warranty....

Ni palit kog Dvd Portable unya ni suggest ang usa nila ka crew na kini konong Xtreme kay nindot nya dugay ma guba.. so ni salig sad ko wa abit og 3months na guba daun nya naa man koi 1 year na warranty so bali ka UPAT ko nag balik2 pa ayu ngadto. giatay kaayu og mga nawong lami e busdak ang ilang mga items..

correction lang wala may brand nga "xtreme" for portable dvd ang naa namu nga brand is asus, buffalo, samsung, imation.

pwedi nako makuha u name brod to trace kung kaupat ba dyud ka cge balik balik for tracing purposes. pm lang nako brod kay will replaced that item automatically pag naa pa u resibo pangita-a lang ko just pm me unsay name nimu then reply lang pud ko nimu f i found out sakto imung g-panabi dinhe... then i will post here also.

as of my experience , dinhi sa davao, ok ang branch sa pc quick buys [my pc rig dha nako gipalit],daghan ga recommend tungod barato ra daw og maka pangayo kag discount, ok pd ang staff nila dere. na shock lang ko sa feedback sa cebu, pero i know kita man cgro tanan naay lapses, and thru that maka learn tag lesson

hilasan bitaw ko sa mga crew sa PC Quickbuys sa SM sa una... but sa una pa toh, that was like 2004 or 2005... i was surprised naa ghapon nga reklamo hangtud karon, hehehe...

but anyway, istoryans, kung naa man jud mo reklamo, i suggest nga kuhaa ninyo ang name and all other details...

How come Davao's branch (Berdz' post) you can ask a discounted price while in Cebu (SM) you can't?

me too i dont like the service nila. nakapalit ko power supply nangutana ko if naa ba LED ang FAN ug unsa ang color ingun kay naa blue ang color. so ako wala nlng nako g.tanaw ug au. pag.taod nako sa balay wala jud d.i LED.... wala nlng nako g.uli kay hasulan na ko balik....
