mga bro, naa mo advise... unsa material for roofing for flat roofs? kanang gamay ra jud ug slope ba. less than 3 degrees. except lang polycarbonate.

naa pud mura polycarb bro kanang construction kilid sa APm mall wla lng ko kblo unsa na nga material.

@chilloutmatt: with the scope that you just indicated i think the price stated there is just right considering it already includes the labor of the project. i dont know about the dimensions of the cabinets and the room to be divided but basing on standard sizes the price quotation is enough. i wouldnt want to lower it coz it might jeopardize the quality of the finish.

yeah lisod gyud pero lingaw man. seeing that the structure slowly standing you wont notice that youve gone far na diay. its just a single step then followed by a single step and so on... if its hard to build a house today what more if youre going to build it tomorrow?

update:

fence 90% no plastering yet
terrace and stair railings done
permanent electricity done
occupancy permit acquired 2 weeks ago (dealing with govt employees is bit hassle w/o the "padulas")
concrete paving 60%

sorry no pics krn coz we are busy packing our things. next week we'll move in.
