There is Cisco training, self study mostly, pero pasar ra man ghapon ang ning take, and you will have a bond with the company...when you apply and you pass, you will most likely start being a TSE which handles Tier 1 support for HSIA -hotels, resorts, MDU's, etc, you will t/s with the guest's PC, Iphone, BB, Kindle, Android device ug bisag unsa nga naa wireless...once you become Tier 2 and depending on the account, you might be asked to reboot AP's, reboot switches, configure AP's, purge the DHCP server, t/s an issue which cannot be resolved by Tier 1.
If ganahan pa jud ka maglabad imo ulo, then naa Tier 3, which basically deals with DNS and DHCP issues. Naa sad uban accounts that have their own Tier 3 in which you will assist onsite techs in troubleshooting their servers. So basically, mura ra ka networking engineer when you work here in CallTek ky you deal with networking man in almost all accounts (except sales).
For you to qualify for the Cisco training, you must have the basic knowledge in subnetting and networking and dapat makapasar ka sa qualification exam.
Hope natubag imo pangutana! Yaw na ka discourage diha...pwede man sad ka ka PM sa mga taga CallTek..
naa na ba ngsugod ug training karon nga week?
cge lng, pag atang lng near july or august kai mo spike ang hiring ^^
uu pang networking jud, Servers, Wireless AP Controllers, routers, modem, dial-up, vpn, dns, IPv(?) dili ra kutob sa pc, tanang butang pwede paslakan sa catpayb ug mosuyop wireless, naay PPPoE or DHCP. kung ganahan au ka pag atang sa hiring nya tuyoka tanang account para maparehas ka ni super agent BRAD, remote monitoring mode. peace ah! joke ra master!
