had the same prob before aning stiff neck.. tried the ortho pillow pero wa man effect.. exercise lang TS, bisan kanang warm up ug cool down exercise lang, cat stretch, ug neck execise..
its all about proper sitting and sleeping habits....
good proper posture in sitting and sleeping usually does the trick..

Hmmm ako sad dako ko nga tawo. But then trained gyud ko sa pagkabata with regards sa posture.
About sa stiff neck, massaging it the right way can help with the contraction of the muscles.
Also, maski sakit, try to twist your neck to the stiff part to try to allow your muscles to stop pulling.
Lastly, every once in a while, stretching sad, ako mag whole day man sad ko sa PC,
pero kiwaw gyud para nako nga dili makastretch og dugay.
