COMPSCI - is more on the science of computer programming, algorithms and focuses on the "science" of computer.

IT - more on the latest technology and focuses on the higher level programming compare to compsci. dependi sa school it focuses more on high level languages, multimedia, network administrator. This course is more on the use of computer for everyday lives.
