Btaw sakit sa lubot untol2x ahehehe
butang lng unlan lubot arn d sakit..ehe..
Obviously you've never been to any of the major roads.
North Reclamation Area road
Airport Road in Mandaue (UN Avenue). Sure there are repairs since its an "Airport Road", but its not evenly patched. You're like driving in a six pack road.
SRP <-You think this place is well developed? Road quality is below average in the coastside.
Road from SM to Whitegold. That place can go to hell.
Mandaue Flyover. POTHOLES ALL OVER THE PLACE WOO ITS LIKE A MINEFIELD.
and a few more that I can't remember.
antos lang gyud ta ani para masantos ts..
I was posting my comment base on a viewpoint a ""Cebu City Citizen"" ... living most of his life in Cebu City....
In my previous Comment in which you cut short....i referred to these major roads(in my viewpoint, in which most Cebu CIty Citizens go through everyday)......
"dili man siguro jud all part sa cebu ang ingun ani TS.....(in my opinion lang ha)....i think most highways and major roads sa Cebu kay okay raman....ang mga libaong kay sa mga sitio roads raman.....in my opinion okay man ang roads sa Banawa, Guadalupe, V.rama, Highway(going South), Escario, Mango, Osmena Boulevard, M. Velez(although still under road widening), Banilad Road, Road to talamban, roads in ayala, roads in Lahug,.....
Question: Taga asa diay ka TS? Grabeh jud kaayo kalibong ang inyong lugar?
sanay nalang....kay most of the budget from our government is allocated to Education..... What would rather like, nindot nga dalan? or Free or discounted education? "
Banawa, Guadalupe, V.rama, Highway(going South), Escario, Mango, Osmena Boulevard, M. Velez(although still under road widening), Banilad Road, Road to talamban, roads in ayala, roads in Lahug
I referred to those streets, wasnt it obvious that i was referring to CEBU CITY only?
in the case of SRP....i have to agree that the road there is quiet bad....but as someone who lives in cebu city and works somewhere in cebu business park.....I really dont give a damn about it....since, in my opinion, only people from the south takes it for granted like people from talisay and minglanilla....mostly it is them who takes that road as a shortcut from talisay to Cebu City....and mind you....it is really not often that a Cebu City or People from Mandaue and Lapu lapu etc....would take that road....since like 80% of Cebu City Populace doesn't have a car....and SRP doesnt have a jeepney routing it....ERGO: Ordinary citizen like me Dont go to SRP that often........ERGO: Its condition doesnt really matter to us.....
And i have to agree with you also that the road in North Reclamation (Whitegold to SM blocks) are bad as hell......and yes.....but you also have to agree with me that there are other much better road if you are going to SM, or Highway, or to the Cebu City Port.... if you want a much better road then my question is, why take that road?
Ill say it again coz you cut my previous comment short....
Our government is spending most of its budget to education....and this budget will benefit Millions of Children and Youth.....this budget is the reason why children can have Free education in Elementary and High School .... and this is also the reason why the Tuition is cheaper in State Colleges in most City in the Philippines.....
Education is a long term goal......once given, you cant take it back from the people.......
Road projects are short term goals, Put up a nice road...trucks, cars, and tricycle will go on it.....after 5 or more years, a time will come that it will need repair.....spend again another money for its repair......wait another 5 or more years for it to be broken.....spend again another money which is subject pa to kurakot.....Vice versa....
Ill post my question again to you and to TS: What would rather like, nindot nga dalan? or Free or discounted education?
And this, is why you should read the thread before posting. Especially if its just 3 pages short.
You are reading and posting on a Road Quality thread. Please do not throw me your education sentiments. In fact, Education has the highest budget right now in the country.
And like I said, a few more I cannot remember.
So you're saying a major highway is something a citizen of Cebu should not be worried about? Mind you, "Major Highway".
And again, do not throw me your education sentiments. I was replying to a specific part of your post. I'm not in a Philippine Education thread.
Tig-drive ba ka? Do you own a car? I do not mean to belittle you if wa kay sakyanan, but if you have been driving regularly around the city either main road or not, you can see that road quality is below acceptable. And no, dili regular akong route when I drive but that doesn't mean I'm taking the sitio roads. But again, whether you're driving or not, mabati nimo ang kagubaon sa dalan.
And its not just na gubaon ang dalan. If you read my posts in this thread, it well damn sums up as road quality. Sure, a well paved road is a good road, but is that all?

Am i posting on the wrong thread?
Bai personalmgt....it seems that you did not read the TS' first post....let me post it for you....
The Title indeed said "Daghan kau mga dalan nga guba...sakit kau sa lubot mg untol??"
But in his post he did say: Wla pata budget ipaayo ato mga dalan??thanks....
That is why I answered the TS saying that the governments budget is mostly allocated to education...which is a more Priority for us poor people, rather than have good roads.....to an educated person my answer would simply answer the TS' question as No....there is no budget YET......and part..when you read my last post...i didnt disagree with you...i even agreed with you.... hehe
And you dont have to answer my question anymore...with the way you answered my question...giving no damn hell about free education....You did manage to answer my question....thank you very much....
So to answer the TS....Some roads are on repair....and some roads dont have a repair budget yet....
And part...this is a forum.....you should not expect to have the same sentiment from others.....If you do encounter so....please do respect it.....you may argue with me or with others.......but you have to be honest....I do have some points.....Have a good road day!!!....hehehe
I understand what the OP is try to convey. It is double sided and does not have to be specific about education that you keep on throwing on me.
I'm saying which roads are broken, and why they are broken. I'm not saying the government should pull a miracle fix out of its ass because yes, budget is low. I'm replying to a part of your post that says most major roads are fine.
I cannot argue with you this way. I am trying to discuss a specific side of the discussion but you insist taking both sides of the coin at the same time.
Because people who do not wish to discuss things mean dont care about those things?
I'm all for free education. Who the hell doesn't want it to be improved?
See, this is your problem. You assumed twice already. You said majority of the roads are not broken, then I presented to you major locations that are broken. Now you assume that I do not care about free and quality education? Assumptions DEBUNKED; Disagreed.
There's nothing to agree to disagree here.
the budget is in the hands of those corrupt people...be ashame of yourselves....
mao jud.. naa pud g samento nga dalan g bangagan jud toyo labi na sa mga probinxa dapit.. looy ntawn kaau ang mag motor ra padulong ddto o mo ari og ciudad.. abog pa jud kaau....
