Bro, ang una gyud nimo nga buhaton bro is to accept the fact that you suffer from Anxiety Attack. You need to talk to people about your disorder -- family members should be informed, close friends, colleagues at work -- they need to know that you are a sufferer and you need to tell them what to do when a panic attack is happening. What are these things that they need to do? They should not panic themsleves, they should leave you alone - but they should be near enough when you need them, they should refrain from asking if "ok ra ka?", "unsa amo buhaton?" because these questions can trigger yet another attack of a higher magnitude kay you get conscious naman hinuon -- but then again if you tell them "nga nag panic attack ko, excuse me lang ha" then you raise your hand over your head, pace/walk around, deep breathing (inhale sa nose, exhale sa mouth nga ipa delay nga murag nag tak-um ra ang lips), listening to your breathing and be conscious sa imong breathing, then kadtong "rate your panic attack" trick, wala 3-5 minutes, wagtang na dayon...also ayaw pugngi, if maka feel ka nga naay panic attack coming, ayaw pugngi, mao mana maka cause nga ma conscious ka ang ending ma lisang ka so double jeopardy - lisang + panic attack -- if naa na mu abot, welcome it and then do the things i said above...ako, after pila ka months na kaya ra baya...although usahay naa gyud times nga dili ko maka drive at night or sleep alone pero ana man gyud na, accepted na na nako. Pero believe it or not, pag Sinulog, I braved the crowd! Naa ko sa mango area and even partied at Yo.u kung asa bagang duot sa klatawhan -- pero salig ra gyud sa kaugalingon and dili magpa daug sa sakit -- pero mu dawat sab ta nga naa gyud times nga mu daug sa ang sakit pero kana siguro if stress kaayo, hangover, kuwang tulog etc...

ikaw mas nice imong motivation kay imong family...ayaw pa daug sa panic attack. check also with your cardiologist basin naa kay mitral valve prolapse, thyroid issue, etc -- ipa rule out gyud ang tanan...normally if maka hibalo ang cardio nga naa ka panic attack, resetahan ka man dayon ug propanolol or atenolol, pa hinay ra sa palpitation -- kay kahibaw ka ang grabe mahadlokan nato mga sufferers kay ang palpitation man gud - mahadlok ta basin mag cardiac arrest/heart attack or unsa pa dautan mahitabo nato -- ALWAYS REMEMBER, WALA PA NAMATAY TUNGOD NAG PANIC ATTACK -- there are lots of studies about that - wala gyud.

Exercise helped me a lot, living healthy, not taking things to seriously, living a balanced life (work + play balanse), unya learn to appreciate little things or pamper yourself with good food or something nice like a walking shoes or even a shirt or a massage...

in the end, we are the captain of our ship...these monsters that torment us are just creations of our own imagination.

    Let go, Let GOD!
