Zuckerberg is a gazillionaire success story. I'm sure he knows there are many photo apps out there but Instagram has the biggest market penetration. Buy the best proven tools and integrate it with your own. Its a smart move for him.

Instagram already had 30 - 40m users on iphone / ipad alone then recently announced it for android so real threat gyud sya sa facebook in terms what if google will buy intstagram and integrate it with g+
