unlockboatloader first via htcdev.com, and then install cwm recovery. after that you can flash anything appropriate with your phone. if youre not so familiar with your device yet, dont play with the radio, hboot, partition kay usually when these things are altered incorrectly, you will hard brick your phone (dli na magamit).
