If you can afford it get the galaxy duo. I have the alcatel and its a bit slow and the plastic back cover will wear out easily.
My needs are not high for an android device. Just playing around with it. My samsung galaxy y is even faster but the small screen sucks so the duos might be perfect but is the plus 3k worth it to you?

But the build on this phone is very sketchy, the plastic is super thin. I have the galaxy y and alcatel and I'm pretty sure a simple accident would break the alcatel. I've held my friends galaxy duos. Its very solid built. Just don't like the battery drain on dualsim Android phones.
