Yes, tinood man na. You don't seem to understand what "transgendered" means. Most people think pag bayot na, transgendered na na. Nope. The word encompasses more. This state of consciousness/being has been verified by the psychological community to be a valid condition, and thus recommend that the individual (depending on his/her means) undergo a complete change--a complete medical and legal act (mao nga di kapalag ang organizing body/committee sa Ms. Universe). So, after the physical/surgical change, the individual also undergoes a complete legal change (i.e. name change and gender change sa tanang records, ever since pagkabata pa nya) and thus yes, all transgendered individuals (that is, if the change is from male to female) are indeed legally referred to as "ms." So I don't see any reason why you should put "epic fail"
