Best account in a call center?

many of the istoryans here want to know (especially new hires) the pros and cons of an account in a certain call center. this will help them in applying for a call center job... anyone care to share,...

hmmm....i was dubbed as a call center butterfly and one time,a lady from the recruitment dept in one of the leading bpo companies bombarded me with questions and yes,told me straight to my face that i have commitment issues but i totally understood why,this is mainly because i have hopped from one center to another and as my answer to this thread...i was a hybrid agent trained for technical support and also a customer service representative. If you want more money,they say compensation package is really important since thats one way of motivating an applicant but I want to remind the newbies,neophytes to consider the short term goals and long term goals...i was once a recruitment associate and I was able to have the chance to talk with the wannabees and they have high hopes. But if you are competitive and want to have career advancement,you cant just stay as an agent forever,you have a lot of chances to become a leader. anyhow,going back the best account would be Sprint and AT&T and other telecommunications account especially if you are under the sales department, aside from that I was able to joing the breed of agents who had WAMU and later on Chase Card Services, I was also able to become a payroll support although that was just a seasonal account but that was a wonderful experience to be talking to professionals since we handle the taxforms ,i was an account manager ...the list goes on,but its the people in the recruitment department who will have the task to profile you,its like ,you dont have a choice

IT Helpdesk (corporate accounts) para nako... mas professional ang mga tao imong ka storya... pero naa gihapon buang og bogo jud d jud na kalikayan

kung maka suway nakag nindut nga corporate account, commercial account sucks big time na jud para nimo

naa ko sa stream sauna under corporate account.. dali ra kaayo sila ika trabaho as compared to consumer...

On Topic: para nako worst ang customer service (cconsumer) nga account kay singka singkahan gyud kag mga respondents ana and aggree ko sa ilaha nga corporate account maau kay mga professionals imoha kaistorya unlike if kanang mga customer imo kaistorya like tech support nga bsag ilahang sala kay ikaw na nuay nabogo para nila. hehe

hait2 na jud bro.. dli ko technical savvy nga person pero naahat ug kat.on.. year 2010 ko nisulod..

pero gusto ko dli na technical akong sunod na account.. kapuyan na..
ganahan ko sales, travel or any account nga wlay troubleshooting..

kinsa pa mo share sa ilang call center account experience... this is a way for applicant to decide based on your info and exp before applying in call center companies..

mas okay.han ko kung tech support, pero mao lage bogo ang ka storya nimo nya bisan sila ang tanga ikaw maoy pasanginlan sa ilang katanga.. ta.as pd ka ug aht kung tech support ug mas lesser ang number of calls madawat unlike sa custoer sercvice. customer service kay paspasay.. mobu mo ug aht nya ang number of calls in a shift kay more than 30 plus... daghan ka ug cols sa CS kay dali ra mn eresolve ang issue. tech support kai magtrouble shoot pka na modagan pag 30-1hr imo col if tanga or tigulang ang customer...
