I remember the plate number kay special plate...that car almost hit my friends and i around 12 or 1 pm.....driving so fast....i think not drunk but high on drugs......i think the driver of this car is very abusive....too bad someone had to die for the driver's stupidity.....wonder about the parents? if they dont do anything.....its because rich parents = rich kid = get away with anything and abusive.....

the reason that he cannot hear the ambulance's siren is not valid...since the SUV had a sidemirror...that's the reason why ambulance's name is written invertly so that the driver could read legibly the ambulance's sign when he sees it in the sidemirror.
