Everywhere I go there are pregnant women all over the Philippines. Whether you're in the slums, the malls, or practically anywhere else for that matter, you'll see a woman with a huge belly walking around. You'll also see men with huge bellies but thats a different story!

It just seems as though every woman here just wants to get pregnant. Of course they probably already have like 6 or 7 mouths to feed but they don't really seem to care. And when you ask them how they are going to support all their kids they just say, Bahala Na! Either that or they just ask for money...

it's very easy to blame the government, the educational system or the church but those forces are too far removed from the real root cause which is so obvious that it bites us in the face and still it is ignored. and so to say it again for the nth time, the ones to be held accountable are those irresponsible parents themselves, and no one else has the moral obligation to save them from their lot. there is no need to educate them for they know their situation already. that is their choice so let them be, but then they have to live with their decision. it's sad though

Naunsa naman diay to ang RH bill? Gilangaw naman lang to.

I have no statistics whatsoever, but I believe most pregnancies in this country, whether married or single, are unwanted. I know couples who carelessly indulge in s3x without any kind of family planning or protection- especially married couples.

Ang uban dili makahuman ug eskwela unya di na dayon makakita ug trabaho kay way grado (not to mention too few jobs for the present population). Way trabaho, aw tambay lang usa sa skina. Adto dayon ug diskoral inig gabii, kakita dayon sa ilang "crash", sayaw2x gamay, magpangit2x sa kalibunan unya didto magtordiyak dayon. Buntis napod kay spiso kaayo kay relax raman kaayo sigeg stinambay...

Not quite. It will surprise you that so many couples don't even know about proper family planning methods, much less have access to them. Many women don't even know the importance of spacing pregnancies.
