Default Rocket in position at launch pad in North Korean satellite station

    INQUIRER.net, Philippine News for Filipinos
TONGCHANG-RI — North Korean space officials have moved all three stages of a long-range rocket into position for a controversial launch, vowing to push ahead with their plan in defiance of international warnings against violating a ban on missile activity.
Experts say the Unha-3 rocket slated for liftoff between April 12 and 16 could also test long-range missile technology that might be used to strike the U.S. and other targets. Unha means galaxy in English.

Why can't north Korea make "galaxy" phones like the south instead of ICBM's?

With their cheap labor and connections with Chinese government, its a good opportunity...

China is getting criticized for low wages and poor standard of living and is being pressured into improving which means the costs will increase also.... so why not outsource to North Korea which has far worse living standards para ma maintain ang costs...
