Here's what I think:

1.) Fake ang pictures, pero tinuod ang e-mail og ang name sa e-mail (Mitchelle Valdez)

The reason why I think this is because the girl probably wanted to use the photos of "a pretty girl" to entice Sam, so that he'd send her "a presents." The e-mail is real (and the name) because 'daniella' did ask for "a presents," right? Of course she was going to reveal to him her real name.

2.) Isolated case, pero to be blamed pud ang company for hiring a non-qualified individual

Ngano? Awa gud tawn na iyang inEnglishan oh. Call center agent unta, pero pasagad lang og English. ‎"If I can received a special presents..." Hahay. Nagsagol2x ang present, past, singular og plural sa USA ka sentence. Pasabta kuno ko nganong na-hire ni cya.

First and foremost, I am sorry I will violate forum rule#13. I just have an important message to relay to all followers/readers of iStorya.net.

DiversityHuman.com is one of the first blog sites to publish an article regarding Daniella's case. However, I received several feedback that the photos in the youtube video clip were not authentic nor the person who allegedly attempted to extort $60 from an Australian Telstra customer.

Legal actions are currently in process. Please be advised that the girl flashed in the video clip is experiencing so much trouble and let me quote one comment from my blog:

"She[friend of the person who left the comment] is in deep emotional stress, troubled by the effects on her career and reputation."

Admin/Moderators, I will leave you the decision to delete my post if I am pushing against your forum rule. DiversityHuman.com would just like to extend a little help to the innocent girl in the youtube video.
