Take out all the 822,628 people of Cebu and it will be crimeless....lol....with greater population gives high Crime Rate.....

The crimes posted are suicide and love related crimes.....they are really not big issue....Mas big issue pa nuon if daghan ang pamatyon nga walay hinungdan.....suicides and love related problems are isolated cases....ill agree with lhorenzoo....its just a matter of sensationalizing the news para mabinta....
