if pa mka kaon ug wood shavings imo snake, dapat kuha-on jud na nimo...kay di mana ma digest sa snake ang wood shavings na gi use nimo as substrate....

daghan mang alternatives, pwede mag gamit ug paper towels, news prints, tissue paper..mas di pa hasol...

according to this book i have...

ang cause sa death sa imo Burmese bro is Ulcerative dermatitis or scale rot - is seen in snakes and lizards. High humidity may be predisposing in some species. Moist, contaminated bedding allows bacterial and fungal growth which, when coupled with exposure to fecal degradation products, can predispose to small cutaneous erosion's. Secondary infection with Aeromonas spp and Pseudomonas spp and some bacteria if not treated may result in septicemia and death.
The condition starts with hemorrhage into scales, followed by pustules that eventually lead to open and ulcerated lesions..

mao ng after mag defecate imo snake dapat limpyohan jud nimo iya enclosure with water and soap then e dry under the sun para ma uga nya mamatay ang bacteria, ilisan ug new bedding...
ug pa pili-on kog aquarium, mas adto ko sa plastic containers nga dako...as of now mao na ako gi gamit, wa jud hasol...easy to carry, easy to clean, di ma buak ug mahulog nya naa nay free cover...nice au...
