This is the gunman's description: He wore a black shirt and shorts. Medium height, about 5'7". He drove/ was with someone who drove a silver Honda vtec vti 97-98 model. He was with one other male and two females and may have been under the influence of drugs. The shooting happened outside C24 Capitol Site on March 25, 2012 early in the morning. If you know someone who matches this description, please come forward with the information and clear your conscience.

Kaning 3 nga kuyog sa kwanggol, pwede sad na sila ma apil for accessory/accomplice or obstruction of justice kung dili nila i-turn in ilang kaugalingon ug ang trigger puller. I think the media should help in pressuring those guys to turn themselves in by emphasizing the gravity of their role in this crime. It seems man gud nga ang shooter ra ang gi-focus. Press the people who was with the gunman, and they might give up his identity and what happened that night. The truth is they need to be held to answer for the injustice and if they don't cooperate then they will without a doubt face the highest degree of consequence.
