AFAIK, only those Honda Fits which have their plate numbers starting with J, K, L, M, maoy lisud lisuron nila ug renew because of the rampant smuggling of vehicles registered in the Mindanao area.

here's my opinion ani nga issue.

so..kung bungkag2x gani dili na ma declare as 2nd hand whole import unit ma declare na sya as spare parts or surplus parts unya diri naman gi assemble ang bungkag or knockdown units mao nga in a way legal gihapon kay ma register man after ma assembled or reconditioned.

2) kung dakpon mo sa TFA unya e impound ang inyo fit or jazz, pls pls pls pls.....ask these questions bec. you have the right to know.
a) What grounds ngano gi dakop mo?
b) naa ba sila ikapakita nga LAW about this kanang printed LAW ha nga approved by the president?
c) pangitai ug memorandum sa LTO that authorized their checkpoint on specific date and time and place.
d) pangutana kung naa ba memorandum ang LTO about BANNING HONDA FIT unya pangitai sila ug printed copy.
Lastly, remember dili maka himo ug own LAW ang LTO or TFA, it has to be discussed, scrutinized, debated and etc. on the congress before it becomes a LAW in pinas.
e) if naa sila ikapakita nga paper tanawa ang printed material and check the date, signed by who, approved by who, check the specific penalty.

3) If non of the items are true in 2) then nobody can force you to give up your car or impound your car, that's already CARNAPING !
and remember nobody can force you to get out of the car, naay court order ana nga pwede ra ka mo submit sa checkpoint but not totally get out of the car. And walay maka embargo sa imo sakyanan if they tell u that it's smuggled. REMEMBER THAT WE HAVE TO GO THROUGH DUE PROCESS IN COURT BEFORE THEY CHARGE YOU AS USING SMUGGLING CAR, TELL THEM THEY CAN FILE A CASE IN COURT AGAINST YOU.

ako lang nakadungog ko sa radio kana sa super radyo bah kay naay gi reklamo nga importer. and mao ni ingon sa importer. dili ni ako words ha ni quote rako... naa daw order ang lto nga dili e renew ang fit specially those gikan sa mindanao ug danao... kay gi reklamo man sila sa nakapalit kay ngano usa na katuig wala jud ma rehistro...
