but then again everything is in the school's handbook. much better if ma post dinhi.

hala oi, gi-sir jud ko nimo ahehe girlaloo kaayo ko oi

and yes they claim that defective ang TRO..cguro naay technicalities sa pag file..im not a lawyer too so i just take this as i hear it on the news..

anyway, not being able to attend the graduation rites is not the hardest way to learn a lesson oi...over ra pud ka hehe

i will still enroll my kids in this school. i can see now how principled the school is and how they stand by what they deem as right.

Anti pud ko coz they're sending a bad message here. nga pwede ra diay ibalewala ang kanang gkan sa korte. but of course they claim defective ang TRO.

mao nay giingon nga just like the 5 students, STC will also face the consequence.

basin ila gihunahuna nga mas importante nila nga mo-stand jud sila sa ilang decision rather than the consequences of ignoring the TRO hehe

Mao lagi. Tsk. I hope things turn out for the best, not only for STC but for the other party as well. It's not like both parties are enjoying this fiasco. I hope they come to an understanding anytime soon.

i think they already had an understanding way before this happened...the parents allegedly conformed to the sanctions imposed..

pero ila pa giadto sa court, which made a big difference today

    NOT JUST BIKINIS

All over the media, it was reported that they were not able to attend the rites because they posted photos of themselves wearing a bikini in a social networking site. Most of the public were shocked and even condemned the school for posing such a “harsh sanction just because of a bikini photo.”

STC emphasized today that it was “not just bikinis.” The photos posted were “sexually provocative” and had “gross disrespect to a woman’s dignity.” When asked by the media to further explain what it meant, the school did not comment to protect the minors.

Like you've said, unfair sad siguro sa uban ba nga nag tinarong. But then, there are some gray areas lang jud gihapon. I can't wait for this issue to be resolved kay I know it's really hard for both parties to receive this kind of unwanted national attention.
