Just read all the comments from 2008-2012 regarding their thoughts on this company.
I agree on some of the negative feedbacks but it's a done deal, SupportSave moved to the Cybergate building last December 2011, so some of the negative comments no longer apply.
COMPANY INFO:
RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
The recruitment starts at 2pm-10pm
1. Exam (you have to get 80%) to be considered for an initial interview (not common, I was surprised to learn too)
2. Initial interview, done by Recruitment officer
3. Another interview done by either HR manager or the Operations Manager or anyone from the HR team
4. Client interview (you will be considered for 3 client interviews, not sure if they are still practicing this)
BASIC SALARY -
- I could say it's competitive especially for those who will be assigned to some big accounts but don't expect too much especially if you are coming from big companies, I believe gamayan ra mo. During the interview when asked for your salary expectation it is always best to start a range from your last drawn salary from your previous employer.
BENEFITS
- Performance Bonus/Travel Allowance - 1500 pesos
- Night Differential - approximately 1000-1200 pesos
- Medicard Insurance up to 50k upon regularization
- Leave credits up to 6 days and for regularized employees after one year an additional 0.5 for every 6 months of service (convertible to cash)
- Gym privileges - Holiday Spa
- Stock certificate (most pioneer employees were issued stock certificates not sure about the new ones but they always address us as partner employees, so I think everyone has, ask around then).
- Etc
OTHER INCENTIVES
- Client bonuses - depends on your account
- TL/Employee of the week eligibility (though weekly could come by batch, say "Employee of the Week" weeks 1 to 5)
- 1st 500-peso GC
- 2nd 300-peso GC
- 3rd 200-peso GC (not sure if it's 200 or 100)
- YEARLY:
- Employee of the year 40k (one recipient)
- Most improved employee 10k (one recipient)
- Loyalty bonus, I think 5years and up employees (not sure how much was given, this started last year, not sure if this will be yearly, several recipients)
- 13th Month Pay
ENVIRONMENT: - relaxed, one of the best (this is more on a personal level)
DOWNSIDE:
- One can experience pay dispute sometimes (who doesn't?)
- Co-terminus with account but no worries, for as long as your performance and attendance is okay, you'll be redeployed to another account, some immediate, some may take a week or so.
TIP:
- Just manage your time and attendance well and for sure, you'll get one of those employee of the week gift cheques or employee of the year cash award.
