pwede ra ka punish ang school if nag violate sa handbook. klaro bya na sa giingon ni Maceda nga SC ruling. ang penalty nga gihatag sa mga girls are banning them from attending 3 school activities, namely: seniors' bash, graduation practices, and graduation rites. these penalties were clearly understood by the affected students and their parents/guardians.

dli na unta ni ma-sensationalize nga issue.
but the parents took the case to court and asked to allow their kids to join the graduation ceremonies. in effect, nag issue ang court ug TRO. ang nakafaet lang kay wala gitagad sa school ang TRO because they claim it is defective.

so, wait na lang ta ani kung unsa ikasulti sa korte nga wala tumana ilang TRO.

tsk tsk. if they are concerned sa name sa ilahang school, they should put a watchman sa mga clubs in the city. ka daghan mga taga STC mo suroy sa manggo ahh! nah picturan lang gyud tong mga bata mao tong ni dako ang issue. on my opinion, i think the school adminstration overreacted. ilaha nalang unta tong gipa paso ang mga bata then anha na sila mu settle sa problem CLOSED DOORS para pud dili ma uwaw ang mga bata.

total inig human og paso, dili paman ma human ang tanan, mag kuha pa baya nag mga credentials ang mga bata.

Mas maayo siguro nga e post ang school policy diri, especially para sa disciplinary actions para ma minimize ang mga mindless lalis2x diri.

Ang atong buhatan ug basis kay ang School Policy ug ang Pictures (if duly present).

nag close door naman ta ni sila siguro. kaso lang murag after atong first week of March walay action until duol na kaayo ang graduation mao pa pagsumbong ngadto sa court. Nice pud ta to nga tactic thinking pag gawas sa TRO wala nay choice ang school but to let them march. Kaso wala ipatuman sa school ang TRO so ipitski.

As a side note, I find it funny that perhaps 70-80% of people who came here perhaps didn't really give a scheiße about lawsuits and schools--they just want to look at photos of two teens from exclusive schools (thus increasing the chances of these teens being Chinese-looking and have fair skin, which most Filipino men seem to adore, hence the popularity of skin whitening products in this country...ahh, so many insights that you can come up with) wearing bikinis.

of course oi, concerned jud na ang skul sa ilang name. STC is a brand name. dapat protectahan jud na nila. kinsa gud nga skul ang dli mag protecta sa ila name oi. kana cguro sila igo ra modawat ug tuition fees then bahala na makapasar ang studyante. STC is a Catholic Institution, so samot na jud nga protect sa ila pangalan. mao na trying hard kaayo na sila pag instill sa values sa ila students.

and yes dli jud na ikalimod nga naa man students nga, lets just say, mo kiat jud. kita btaw sa una, kiat man pud ta ba hehehe. and kini lang nga issue, nabutang man gud intawon sa internet. and we all know there's nothing private in the net. maski gani bank accounts ma-hack man. and xempre ang concern sa school is, moingon unya ang mga tao nga: taga-STC man ng bataa oh. maski dli school activity na, the girl is carrying the school's name. then pagtan-aw sa handbook kay naka-violate man cya. so mao na gisilotan.

i dont think the school overreacted. i think the parents did. kay if wala lang na nila giadto sa korte, makahibaw kaha ta nga naa diay ni nga issue?

ilaha lang unta to gi huna2 ang long term effect ani sa mga bata, ang trauma og ang ka uwaw. ang name sa school, if ma hugawan man gani im sure in a year or 2 ma limpyo ra na labi na gyud mga competent ang grads sa STC. pero ang sa mga bata intawn. hantod sa hantod ang ka uwaw og ang trauma
