try to check your cd basin daghan garas, mao na iya sakit gyud samot na kong pirated na..ayaw pacheck sa microsoft kay matrace ka na patay gyud ka ba...hehehe

i have encountered this error before. first time, guba ang ako memory. second time around in another PC garas ang CD. so kung sure ka na OK imo CD then try replacing RAM.

Possible problem:

1. Replace the installer
2. Replace the Cdrom or DVDrom Drive
3. Replace the hard drive

try ug lain nga xp cd or win2000 kun ma-o jpon hardware na issue na unya try process of elimination sa imo hardware..if all else fail try lang sa mga techs. nga sponsor sa istorya..

try reformat before installing, full ntfs not quick.

be sure u know ur harddisk

* if inig install..cannot find blah,blah.blah can be cd, change cd..if it persist.. memory.

mga bro,

salamat sa inyong mga kinasing-kasing na tambag pero wala najud nadala bisag unsaOn, surrnder nako..

murag ang mobo jud ang guba kay gitry na nako ang mga parts like the mem, hd & ide cables ug paslak sa ako pc pero ok ramn..try sd ko ug lain na xp installer ug bootable disk like winternals pero same error ra gihapon..pagka dugayan wala najud nuon ni boot maka sapot ug samot...

ipa admit nalang nako ni ila boss ruelnovz.

bro, ive tried that prob before, ako ra ge set ug balik ako bios sa default setting nya then ni work na cya pag reformat nako, dli na cya mo error, e try lang daw bro, unsay motherboard nimo ASUS?

Its probably scratched CD. Try another CD. Also try copying the OS sa HD and install from HD.
