bitaw ... joking aside ... so what do you think of using the argument of the 3rd district of Manila and the other 14 examples non complying with the population requirement ... as a rationale for creating the separate congressional dsitrict of Consolacion/Cordova ... in order for the BOLAY-OG to right the 20 year wrong done to Mandaue ... ? ...

choyadgreat commented in a previous post that there is a plan to create a new district comprising Cordova, Consolacion, Lilo-an and Compostela in order to make Mandaue a lone district ... i say good idea ... apparently the BOLAY-OG gi blind ni pabling garcia aning planoha ... ngano kaha ...
